M&RR
has over 200 CATI interviewers working on a full-time or part-time basis.
Many of our interviewers are graduates or undergraduates from area
colleges and universities or professionals earning a second dependable
income.
All interviewers undergo an
intensive training seminar prior to beginning interviewing.
This training includes a detailed training video that reviews
research procedures, shows CATI techniques and teaches interviewers how to
deal with uncooperative respondents.
All applicants must also pass a typing test in order to be a
M&RR interviewer.
With M&RR, you will see the same interviewers conducting your
research year after year. In
fact, at least 60% of our interviewers have worked for M&RR for more
than one year.
