M&RR uses three predictive dialers on our 88-station, state-of-the-art CATI system.  Predictive dialing is a feature that forwards only live respondents to the interviewer milli-seconds after the connection.  This system ensures that our interviewers maximize the time they are on the telephone each hour.

Interviewer efficiency is maximized by our predictive dialer systems that actually anticipate when each interview will end, and will start dialing new numbers to supply the interviewer with another "live" caller within 15 seconds after their current interview is completed!
