It is staffed by a highly qualified team of professionals with an average of seven years of data processing experience. Our data processing infrastructure allows for fast turn around of even the most complicated research projects, and every phase is executed with stringent standards of quality assurance, resulting in error-free deliverables.
Our scripting programmers develop internet and telephone surveys that generate highly accurate and meaningful data — regardless of complexity. In fact, we embrace such challenges presented by our clients and take pride in our delivery of surveys that exceed their expectations. Great care is also taken in the creation of each survey to ensure that it is easy to use, visually appealing, with content that is concise and professionally written.
Our efficient and time-tested systems allow for the expedient translation of raw information to Quantum data tables, which are generated in easy-to-read PDF, XLS workbook or e-Tabs formats. Open ended responses, which provide greater depth, can either be coded into categories and integrated into cross tabulations or provided as verbatim responses.
